across opportunity evaluation, requirements, UX and technology design,
build-test-deploy, and day-2 operations, embedding continuous improvement to
sustain service quality and growth.
• Engineered a 360-degree launch view for three Broadband 3 gateways and one
Mesh-box, closing gaps in software performance and sentiment KPIs. Led
end-to-end delivery improvements that aligned qualitative and quantitative
insights, driving technology, process, and communication changes that delivered a
200% sales increase in 2024-2025.
• Drove techno-commercial strategy by leading RFP responses, delivery
estimations, and contract alignment, seamlessly bridging technical innovation with
business growth and value-driven customer outcomes.
• Supported the transition from waterfall to Scrum-Agile feature delivery across
roadmap, solution design, build/test, and day-2 operations, accelerating delivery
and enhancing customer value.
• Managed SLA delivery for 5 broadband products and 2 platform maintenance
programs on the STB Linux and AOSP platforms, while protecting profitable
margins in managed service contracts under tight cost and performance
constraints.

• Led migration of a legacy IPTV/OTT backend to a hybrid-cloud IPTV/OTT
platform, including RFP response, end-to-end solution design, and senior
management and CX-level engagement to secure and close a $70M project.
• Architected end-to-end IPTV/OTT ecosystems for Tier-1 operators—defining user
stories, leading full-stack build/test/deploy, and shaping Go-to-Market plans—while
integrating on-prem cloud and big data analytics to power real-time CX dashboards
and AI-driven recommendation engines. Expertise spans the full operator stack,
from BSS/OSS integration and churn management to fintech solutions and complex
third-party service delivery.
• Designed and delivered a recommendation engine and dashboards project on a
Kafka-driven real-time Big Data & Analytics platform, enabling intelligent
monitoring and personalized recommendations that significantly improved QoE and
automated churn mitigation. Successfully secured and closed a $2M engagement
with a Tier-1 telecom operator.
