Managing and leading a team to implement and offer training in National Certificates in Natural Resource Management, Advanced Certificate in Trans-frontier Conservation Management and Conservation related Skills Development Programmes focussing on diverse skills such as, leadership, resource use, conservation management, infrastructure management, law enforcement and eco tourism including the implementation of Youth Access: Bridging Programmes that upskills and empowers youth on Foundational Learning Competence, Eco-Ranger and Conservation Leadership skills using an applied learning approach. Developing internal mentoring and leadership development programme, fund raising, managing budgets, reporting and liaison with multiple government, private and NGO clients, funders and partners to develop and offer training, and consultancy, for Employment Equity portfolio.
