Assistant Production Foreman; $24 an hour
Responsible for overseeing entire facility of 43 employees, to insure all departments, Quality Control, Hydraulic, Electrical, Wood, Assembly, Palletizing and Logistic all work as a team to complete all tasks at hand and insure all deadlines are met and or exceeded. Complete numerous reports on a weekly basis to include tracking long lead items, inventory as well as distribution or the production schedule. Acting assistant fork lift facility trainer, hold team lead meetings keeping all leads on task with all new updates or changes in revisions to insure 100% satisfaction to our customer and insure the war fighter receives the latest design. Hired on to establish and implement security for the 7 acre facility, established two security measures and shift options for facility. After 1st year of employment the government decided the facility no longer needed security measures so i went to assembly and moved up over 3 years to the Assistant Production Foreman.

Responsible for maintenance and repair of the entire mine roller system to insure all components work to include, hydraulic system, electrical, and structural integrity. Daily work included assembly of wheels and arm assemblies, repair and maintenance of electrical lights, hydraulic solenoids, motors, and actuators to ensure system works properly for the safety of the USMC troops. While performing duties as acting site lead, job duties would include a daily report of all damage, work completed and serialization of rollers, a weekly report of rollers and also manage staff and work to be completed daily.
Armed Security: Protect the lives and government property by maintaining law and order at the NSA Panama City Beach, FL. (Naval Base) Prevent, detect, and investigate accidents, crimes and misconduct. Always ready to respond to overt attacks by criminal/terrorist elements, hostile situations, bomb threats, natural disasters or other crisis and takes emergency actions to obtain or maintain order, including use of force as required. Both trained and licensed to carry firearms and use up to deadly force if needed. Retain authority to apprehend and detain any violators. Report and observe any and all potential security and safety risks in a timely and efficient manner.
Team leader/Trainer to include Performing a large variety of routine clerical, administrative and technical work in receiving and dispatching 911 emergency calls and non emergency calls while gathering information and delivering information to responding officers while emphasizing high levels of multi tasking skills under sometimes extreme stress arising from the calls. Solely responsible for keeping in constant contact with officers and knowing the location of each at all times. Certified in the use of NCIC & FCIC
Monitor conduct of prisoners, according to established policies, regulations, and procedures, in order to prevent escape or violence.
Inspect conditions of locks, window bars, grills, doors, and gates at correctional facilities, in order to ensure that they will prevent escapes. Patrolled perimeter to ensure safety and security of institution and all parties involved
Search prisoners, cells, and vehicles for weapons, valuables, or drugs.
Guard facility entrances in order to screen visitors.
