I led the organisation in adopting agile project management practices and developed the Emirates LEAN and Agile ICT Project Management Playbook for the IT department. • Successfully implemented an enhanced airport ICT transportation system, transforming 20-year-old manual operations to dynamic task allocation, thereby enabling 30% efficiency in operations in over 4 weeks, gaining recognition at the Senior Executive VP level.

• Led the e-Enabling Software Distribution Tools (SDT) project for the Emirates B777x fleet, which involves data transfer between ground infrastructure and the aircraft via IP (Gate link, cellular, and satellite). Delivered a 5-month project in one programme increment of 10 weeks, using Scaled Agile Project Management practices.

• Led the transformation of the Flight and Cabin Crew training records to a Cloud-based SaaS Solution, leading contract negotiations and solution delivery; successfully negotiated AMC vendor support contracts, saving 15% on annual fees.

As an Associate Director at KPMG, I led multiple project management assurance activities for Government and Private Sector clients, successfully delivering strategic finance, technology, and infrastructure projects. • Seconded as C-Level Executive Support to the General Manager of Finance, setting up and optimising the contracts and commercial operations function through value stream engineering, resulting in a 300% growth in build capability and the corporate objective of 8 million homes connected in 12 months.

• Assessed Rio Tintos Global Project Management Methodology against the PMIs Organisational Project Management Maturity Standard for best practice identification and enhancement, further enhancing the organisations project management capabilities and evolving for greater agility in changing markets.

As the Director of Risks and Quality, I assumed overall responsibility for integrated risk management and strategic planning for the new Gold Coast University Hospital (GCUH) construction. I led the development of the hospitals ICT infrastructure, ensuring that all systems were robust and aligned with our quality standards. My role also involved resolving complex engineering and contract issues, demonstrating my ability to navigate challenges effectively. In addition to overseeing these critical areas, I took charge of the teams professional development and successfully led our agile transformation initiative.

Key Achievements:
• Directed and led the ICT enablement for the state-of-the-art Gold Coast University Hospital (GCUH) in Queensland, Australia, using emerging technologies, robotics and automated workflows, ranking the facility in the top 20 hospitals in Australia.

• Led the direct engagement with the Principal Client Representative and Tier 1 contractors, resolving several mission-critical elements and defect resolution, resulting in mutually successful outcomes.

• Managed the Agile Release Train to deliver all clinical and non-clinical applications supporting hospital operations by developing clear Portfolio Kanban visualisations, tracking the flow of Epics, Features and Stories from ideation, from analysis and development to implementation.

As the founder and director of C3 Professional Services, I led the consultancy firm for a decade, establishing a reputation for excellence in managing client relationships and delivering impactful project engagements across multiple sectors.
