To manage and organize cash services at the branch in order to achieve high business growth from the identified niche market.

To enhance service delivery and ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.

To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls in addition to ensuring 100% compliance to both bank’s policies and procedures and those of regulators.

Acts as the prime interface between the bank and the client, maintaining good customer relations and ensuring that customer needs are met within the strategic objectives of the bank.

Responsible for warranting compliance to policies, procedures rules and regulations.

To develop the branch’s retail clientele base and ensure that targets and focused business growth are realized within set parameters.
