Established Asphalt Plant Factory Production Control and Laboratory Quality Management System complying with QCS 2014 and Public Works Authority Guidelines.
In-charge in laboratory and plant trial mix design process (Concrete and Asphalt).

Monitor the implementation of Project Quality Plan (PQP) and applicable Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
Perform pre-inspection to ensure that activity is carried out in accordance with the approved method statements and drawings prior to the inspection by supervision consultant.
Monitor site laboratory tests and implement standard testing procedure to ensure quality of tests being conducted.
