• Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare and produce hazards and operating studies (HAZOP); carried out qualitative and semi-quantitative risk analysis as at when required.
• Responsible for providing guidelines and technical inputs for preparing the project HSE work.
• Provide HSE input for technical design and procedure proposals
• Ensure that all designs, drawing and major modifications to plant and project work.
• Comply with company, codes of practice, local and international HSE standard.
• Reviews and provide guidelines and technical input to project/major modifications (HSEIA)
• Periodically reviews each projects HSE, reviews (PHSER'S) for projects and major.
• Check and participate in the philosophy, design and specification of fire detection and protection systems for new projects and major modifications.
• Participate in planning company Emergency and Crisis management exercise.
• Keep close monitoring and follow-up the implementation of all HSE requirements for each project and major modification.
• Participates in all HSE studies such as hazard identification (HAZID) Hazard Analysis (HAZAN) Environmental Hazard identification (ENVID), Simultaneous operations (SIMOP), safe Integrity Levels (SIL)
• Participates in investigation of accidents that occur on project construction site.
• Participate in pre-mob and commissioning activities of projects and major modifications.
• Keeps close coordination with HSE projects site personnel and conducts regular Advanced Safety Audit (ASA)
