• Oversee the mechanical and piping function of the main contractor (Pinedale) on the south side of assisted in coordinating mechanical and piping activities.
• Control quality and time constraints on mechanical, piping and welding activities including signing off quality assurance documentation.
• Drive the level three plan schedule from execution to selling of work packs.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Work as Mechanical support for piping scope of work
Control and delegate work to 4 foreman having six mechanical fitters in each crew and 2 semi-skilled workers. In addition, 9 trainees appointed by SAPREF.
Inspect and sign off on quality control documents for all work carried out under my supervision.
Organize extended services in relation to work scope (eg. Rigging function, Hydro cleaning, Inspection services ...)

Also assisted in office administration during pre-shut activities and site establishment. (including populating the number of tools against the number of artisans contracted to execute scope of work and ordering the material needed to execute work)
Role and Responsibilities:
Site Manager for Oil and Gas Planning and Scheduling responsible for rolling out the EFT Training program for SAPREF Refinery. It’s a new concept for managing Shut Downs and Projects. It includes motivating and up-skilling artisans. I’m responsible for designing the motivational session and introducing some of the administration tools.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Liaise with SAPREF management
• Liaise with Brokers, MMC’s and other stakeholders.
• Generate Training schedules
• Generate daily reports for directors
• Manage all administration functions and systems
