Controlling a fleet of over 200 hgv vehicles that deliver and collect fresh and ambient food from europe and the UK, distributing the stock through our warehouse.
The end product is to utilise our vehicles to the full potental to save on fuel and driver cost. In the end to deliver to our customers on time not matter what cost.
Managing a site that is 120, 000 square feet in size, managing a team of 10 office staff and over 200 hgv drivers employed and sub contractors.
