Support the operation management with resource planning and management,
• Align forecast volume with resource plan and respond to escalate issues within clear guidelines to ensure adequate resource is available to support the planned volume,
• Run and review all relevant reports from the data management system,
• Identify and escalate training and qualification gaps and conduct induction and technical training for the team,
• Participates in regular operation reviews and conducts regular team briefings via the use of Performance dialogue boards,
• Communicate clear operation objectives,
• Within the context of responsibilities set by management on a day- to- day basis assign tasks, monitor performance and support the team as necessary,
• Supervise the use of infrastructure and inspect the working condition to the required standard,
• Ensure compliance with applicable procedures and customer policies.
• Supervise and Support Project on start-up phase provide WBS / OBS,
• Provide Risk assessment and Risk Management support for projects which are at ongoing stage.
Selected Accomplishments:
• Set up proper reporting for the Customer,
• Within two months meet and exceed Customer expectation in terms of Contractual requirements (measured in KPIs),
• Improve the communication channel between DHL - Danfoss.
• Improve P/L outcome as well as the Productivity,
• Put in place weekly flash reports
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Run workshops, undertake task analysis and process mapping, gather requirements and business process descriptions to enhance Customer experience and requirements,
• Use a wide range of continuous improvement and performance improvement tools, techniques and approaches, including evaluate the needs for process mapping in terms of SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures) and WI (Work Instructions).
• Identify, track and report on benefits from project activities.
• Project manage service improvement initiatives and deliver on agreed outcomes.
• Anticipate potential problems and pre-empt required actions to identify risks and overcome obstacles.
• Develop processes to strengthen corporate, business and service planning and delivery that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Company’s services, facilities and programs for our internal & external stakeholders.
• Focus on improving customer experience while interacting with Company and staff experience while working on business/system processes
• Work on BCM “Business Continuity Management” through Risk Assessment on key areas for the Company - building a relevant BCP ”Business Continuity Plan” to enhance the risk assessment.
• Supervise induction program and run staff training for Company’s policies - bulletins and operation procedures.
• Run Q.A audits inside the Company to make sure that procedures are implement based on company strategy - policy.
• Clearly define role expectations, monitor performance, provide timely and constructive feedback and facilitate employee development for team members.
• Key customer contact of three accounts including Philips Medical Systems, Beckman Coulter and Orange Business Services
• Responsible for day to day operational servicing of customer and ensure all DHL business requirements are completed daily
• Investigate and reply to all customer enquiries both over the phone and via email
• Liaise directly with customer and DHL internal departments including Support Agents, Logistics and Inventory Analyst as well as Operations and Account managers
• Receive and process inbound freight, dispatch local, interstate, and international orders
• Undertake systematical processing in both the customers SAP system and DHL’s SeLECT Upgrade WMS to ensure continuity between systems
• Provide over the counter service to all customer engineers and transport providers
• Manage the RMA and GIDR process for both the customer and DHL as required (including current and legacy items)
• Run inventory cycle counts and reports including variance investigation and correction
• Ensure achievement of all internal and external KPI’s
• Identify and analyze performance related issues and implement processes to prevent loss
• Provide cross training to staff and provide insights to various technical skills
• Administer all in-house performance in department through efficient coaching and monitoring
• Analyze and ensure better result to fulfill all business requirements,
• Prepare regular reports, perform audit on various operations and evaluate processes as per customer requirements
• Provide support and implement improvement based methods
• Provide backup operational support to other supply departments as required
• Supervise effective compilation and collection of information and data to enhance growth
• Analyze and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor all administrative functions as per requirement

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop long term partnership with major suppliers by establishing frame agreements.
• Extent the partnership regards the supplier on cement.
• Agreed the price of the steel with the target suppliers on a fair basis, based on the region needs annually.
• Negotiate with cargo companies for the transport of the cement and steel.
• Settle agreements in a long run for buildings rental.
• Work on a new settlement with TUI travel for reducing the cost on travel expenses based on the last three years statistical analysis.
• Renegotiate the price rate agreement with big hotels (such as Fairmont, Fourseasons, Novotel, Sofitel) for the accommodation of the VIP and customers of the region
• Set up Key Performance Indicators for Suppliers & Subcontractors in order to improve the Supply Chain Process.
Selected Accomplishments:
• Reorganize the Procurement Department, implementing Purchasing Strategy based on Group needs
• Decentralize the organization based on region needs focusing most on the areas with start up projects.
• Commence a region procurement structure with signature approval levels, based on group policy.
• Work on e-procurement process in order to organize Group vendors & Subcontractors database, gaining 20% of man hour management cost. - how, what did you do
• With the e-procurement we built a common database for the whole region as the initial system was based on xl file.
• Through the e-procurement the authorization process was moving to the next step through email message avoiding to print out documents. As a result was to reduce also the administrative (secretarial) cost and support.
Monitor and analyze on a daily basis the Key Performance Indicators regarding the Convergence and Punctuality upon Customer Contractual Obligation (based on delivery and quality performance of the product).
Support the supply chain of the company and work in parallel close to the manufacture unit.
Monitor the performance improvement of suppliers in the areas of cost, quality and delivery on time.
Evaluate and develop strategic suppliers in coordination with company’s strategic policy.
Achievements:
- I improved the backorders status, focus on company’s cash flow and products delivery schedule.
- I succeed improving total the Supply Chain procedure gaining 5% in Man Hours and 2% from cash flow management of the company’s budget.
Responsible for the technical and commercial relationship with the Customer during overall product life cycle.
Organisation of the program with emphasis on project finances and risks, product cost, quality and planning.
Budget administration: definition, follow up through labour costs and expenses.
Achievements:
- Turn risks into opportunities for the Company where that was possible. As a result it was 10% saving in
resources allocation (corresponding 20k€) and 5% from Risk & Opportunities corresponding 500 k€.
Support the Manufacturing Line of the Company, preparing technical and commercial part for the proposal regarding Customer needs based on TES production line, covering most avionics products.
Work closely with the lawyer dept. in order to develop the General Terms & Conditions for Sales.
Achievements:
- Minimize the risk for submitting non conform proposal.
- Gaining a contract above my budget at 8%, corresponding in a value of 6500 k€.
Work as Purchasing Supervisor for all the Subcontractors on mechanical parts.
Responsible for the contracts regarding the General Expenses of the Company.
Develop Purchasing Strategy and built local partnership.
Risk and opportunities management of Subcontractors, participating on a Systematic
Portfolio Review at Group level.
Manage and co-ordinate at Business Group level strategic key- Commodities.
Achievements:
- As a Key Commodity Manager I increase the negotiation margin towards main suppliers & subcontractors succeeding reduction 15% on the total expenses of the Unit in Greece.
- I took over as a Project Manager on Group Stretch 30 achieving saving 15% on total production cost (corresponding annually at 10.000 k€).
Purchase of supplies, equipment or services used within the Company.
Prepare and manage Bid specifications and other necessary documents related to the purchase of services, supplies, equipment and materials.
Involvement in Customer relationship related to delivery and supplier issues.
Develop and review of purchasing procedures and methods.
Achievements:
- On the process regarding the ERP Codes consolidation I set up, I succeed saving 5% on annual procurement
budget 500 k€.
