Support the operation management with resource planning and management,
• Align forecast volume with resource plan and respond to escalate issues within clear guidelines to ensure adequate resource is available to support the planned volume,

• Run workshops, undertake task analysis and process mapping, gather requirements and business process descriptions to enhance Customer experience and requirements,

• With the e-procurement we built a common database for the whole region as the initial system was based on xl file.
• Through the e-procurement the authorization process was moving to the next step through email message avoiding to print out documents. As a result was to reduce also the administrative (secretarial) cost and support.
