• Responsible for the management and delivery of the Primary Source Vendor contract with Sidra Medical and Research Center, a $63million, 2.5 year program

• Oversaw a team responsible for the data warehouse preparations and eventual move. Reviewed plans, ensured proper resourcing, ensured quality of the move and communicated with the customer to ensure all parties are aware and all the other programs are kept in synchronization
Customer Executive - Abu Dhabi Health Services Company, Abu Dhabi
• SEHA Customer Executive; ensuring open and direct communication with the customer, management of customer relations, expanding revenue through additional business
• Managed a $9m program delivery, of which my additional business contribution with the client was $4.9m
• Programs included: - Acute Hospital Information Systems implementation, including Application Implementation, Transformation, Training, Project Management
- Revenue Cycle Analysis, reviewing the coding practices and consulting relative to the implementation of a billing claims system
- CFO and Financial Process Assessment, which focused on reviewing the capabilities of the people as well as the processes in place and suggesting process improvements and training programs

• Developed a disaster recovery process for SEHA, advising on best practice ways to safeguard the data and ensure business continuity during the system downtime as well as improve the system recovery process. Disaster recovery processes must also comply with the Abu Dhabi Government guidelines.
