Drawing from my experience of working in a big company in a managerial position, I am aware of the importance of recognizing the needs of employees and colleagues. As a Manager, I have been working closely with employees, suppliers, customers, partners and colleagues to implement the company’s policies and monitor results and progress. My philosophy has always been based on positive reinforcement in my daily approach in dealing with employees. I believe I have the knowledge, qualifications and professional experience to lead a multifunctional business environment.

As a Manager, I have led numerous meetings and I have helped employees overcome difficulties.
Today’s employees as well as managers face so many challenges in a business environment that it is important they are well-armed and equipped with skills to face obstacles and difficulties. In addition, I have been responsible in creating the marketing plan of the company. I have also been working closely with the sales team in trying to maintain a high standard of customer’s service.

As an Imports Manager, I have been working closely with logistics companies in order to maintain the best prices and practices for my company.

In addition, I have been involved in the developing, designing, promoting and running of two online shops.
I am in favour of the importance of the social media in the correct promoting of a successful brand.

I strongly believe in the correct management of a big company and I know that I have a lot to offer due to my diverse experience and knowledge. There is always room for improvement in all levels.

My responsibilities as an Imports Manager:
• Organizing and executing all imports of the company
• Executing and following up orders to foreign suppliers
• Establishing connections and undertaking negotiations with logistic companies

My responsibilities as a member of the Marketing Team:
• Setting up the advertising and marketing plan of the company
• Contacting and negotiating with media companies
• Monitoring advertising campaigns of the competition

My responsibilities as a member of the Sales Team:
• Serve customers to the highest level
• Achieve sales targets and reach goals
• Excellent knowledge of all product details and specifications
• Solve customer related problems
• Maintain smooth running of the shop
