• Coordinating with other staff members to ensure that orders are placed on time, Materials are delivered on time, and materials are stored properly.
• Monitoring Material Inventories to ensure that the correct amount of materials are on hand at all time.
• Determing the type of material needed for specific projects based on client specification.
• Maintening and Keeping track of Receipt, Records and Wthrawals from the Store
• Design and Implement and Inventory Tracking System to optimize Inventory control Procedures.
• Document daily deliveries and Shipment to update Inventory
• Prepare detailed reports on Inventory Operations, Stock levels and Adjustments.
• Oder new supplies to avoid Inefficiencies or Excessive Surplus.
• Maintain and Update Records of Purchase Orders, Pricing, Reports and Inventory Records.
• Assist with the Preparation and Maintenance of a file of Sandardize Ordering Specifications.
• Safeguaring of Company assete and Compliance with Company’s Policies and Procedures.
• Monitor the Quantities Available in Stock with a clear picture of the Materials delivered.
• Report on daily basis the exact Quantities of Materials available in the store.
• Checking all the Materials when they Arrive on Site.
• Ensure that Store Compliance with the Health and Safety Regulations.
• Issue Materials as per the indent for different works.
• Updating Stock Information on the Computer System and Performing Random Checks and Audits.
• Monitor, Verify and Ensure that the Materials and it’s Quantities tally with the Order form
