Witnessed and monitored pigging, flushing & hydro test activities of Pipeline and Process Piping (AGI) prior to commissioning. I ensured that work was done in conformity with, WPS, Drawings/Alignment Sheets, Method Statements, ITP, Procedures, Codes and Standards. Monitored Coating activities as well, reveiwed radiographs, I issued NCR to the contractor when Specifications, Codes/Standards, procedures, etc. are violated, attended and contributed to progress site meetings and reported to the Quality Lead & Construction Manager.
