Provide the residents with an experience that will always be remembered and with the highest level of responsiveness.
Assure prompt and positive action on all residents’ complaints, questions, concerns and suggestions, as well as conduct quality assurance follow up; respond to inquiries services and building issues.
Provide with administrative assistance with residents files.
Assist with purchase deliveries. Log receipts of purchases delivered for the residents, and notify for pick up.
Promoting A la Carte Services such as Apartment Cleaning, Laundry, Car Wash, etc.
Controlling the documents systematically for safe guarding and minimizing the delays submission.
Provide control, tracking and reporting system for all engineering technical documents and drawing issued on the project, controlling both documentation produced internally or any received from external sources.
Creation of Document Control Centre and daily update it. Registration of documents produced
internally and externally.
Registration of Documents received from externally sources; circulation of documents for re view and information.
Incoming/Outgoing document registration & distribution, authorization-& correct procedure
check for all outgoing documents, set-up and maintenance of master deliverable register,
document archive/file management for hard & soft copies.
Project updates (weekly progress reports and attending weekly departmental meetings).
Drawing/ Document Numbering System (Management & Control of project specific document and drawing numbering system), revision control and housekeeping of database) and prepare project files at the direction of the Project Team Prepare soft/hard copies of files to be issued to clients as requested.
Receive, register and store project archives in Hard and Softcopy form as directed by the Project
Team Submit/issue drawings to the Client.
Notify the Project Team on receipt of Updated Standards.
Maintain and supervise a document library of Company references and vendor information.
Provide and ensure closed circulation of controlled copy distribution of all corporate documents and prepare Project Record Books.
Managing the transmittal, receipt of consultant drawings.
