-Responsible in interviewing the applicants, preparing and sending of applicants’ CV in the Saudi Agencies and preparing all the legal requirement for processing in government agency.
-Assisting the applicants for their medical result, and all documents for filling up and signing, checking the employers visa in enjazz for mofa and other mandatory benefits.
-Handling correspondence, recruiting, training, and implementing new procedures.
-Answering telephone calls and taking message or providing information to callers.
-Filing, typing, scanning, and encoding the details and status of applicant, arranging and booking tickets.
-Preparing monthly disposition reports of the security guards, monthly payment of all mandatory benefits, bidding documents, and clearance in different government agency.
-Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management.
-Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system, and perform data encoding and scan documents. -Answering calls from customers regarding their inquiries and taking accurate message.
-Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, memos, and emails.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
