As a Department Manager or Sales Supervisor my duties and responsibilties is to make sure that the department are maintain very well especially merchandise and supervising staffs.Generally retail department managers are having the qualities on how to manage stores and product knowledge as well.In addition to that maintaining the merchandise, inventory control, signages, staffs product knowledge and ofcourse customer service are the things we to focus.Flexible in everything operation and admin works.In terms of customers we need to give them full satisfaction in order for them to come back to our store coz i believe First Impression Last.As long as they are fully satisfied with the services definitely customers will be happy and absolutely be a regular customers.I have knowledge also in petty cash handling and cashiering as part of our duties .

ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTION:
Making weekly schedule of all staffs
Preparing daily action plan
Filling documents such as petty cash statement, staffs daily attendance and incoming/outgoing stocks
