As Relocation Consultant I was welcoming the new hired personnel, most oil / gas companies, supporting them for their fresh start in the new country by orientation tour, home searching and school searching
As consultant my project was to create a business objective plan for the innovation of the marketing for industrial and retailing company by creating a brand new marketing mix (project managment/coaching)
During the project I've delivered 12 seminars on the marketing management and organization.
After the seminars the activity of coaching was the prevalent one.
As Relocation Consultant I was welcoming the new hired personnel, most oil / gas companies, supporting them for their fresh start in the new country by orientation tour, home searching and school searching
• Marketing and sales. Creation the new corporate image, the website, the organization of the office and training of the sales people and secretaries. I handled directly the corporate clients mostly for interior decoration and glass.
• Start - up the Office Furniture division
• 2005/2010: Settling of Middle east markets, Uae/Kuwait/Oman/Qatar/Lebanon/Sudan/Jordan
• 2001/2005 Product Manager (Specification of all products and follow up of the related steps from the start up of the design till the appropriated sales marketing tools)
• 2000/2001 Opening of the USA branch and start up of the sales network in USA and Mexico
• 1998/2000 Opening of the South American branch and building of sales network in Brazil
• 1994/1998 Building of the Russian Sales Network
• 1987/94 Sales Office Operative functions; Orders recording, Loading Scheduling, Packing Lists, Transport documentation, customer assistance for orders and technical support
From 1990 in front, besides the above mentioned functions, I’ve developed the following tasks:
1. Building up of the entire Marketing Area, brand marketing and repositioning in the proper segment. Lately web marketing tools and web sites.
2. Many AD campaigns (9 AD campaigns with numerous communication prizes)
3. Organization of all company’s events, such as: Incentive trips, Seminars, In House training for customers, Product Launch (also abroad), exhibitions, etc.
4. Start up of all sales tools, from the catalogue to the web site (and related web marketing), and many others technical tools.
5. Building up of the Commercial Team (12 people) and coordination of all its activities in 75 countries.
6. Coordination of the whole external communication of the company
7. Coordination of worldwide sales team
8. Research of new products to distribute in foreign market
