- Responsible for the inspection and preparation of annual condition reports for all premises and equipment in order to ensure business assets are correctly managed.
- Gather data on store and equipment condition, inputting the information into a proprietary software programme, all the while maintaining absolute confidentiality of market, commercial, personal and financial information.
- Maintaning photographic records of the store condtion.
- Inspecting the standard of stores and making informed comparisons and recommendations for refurbishment or replacement work where needed.
- Preparing Budget estimates of cost involved required refurbishment/replacement works required.
- Inspecting kitchen areas(with regards to use and cleanliness), standard of equipment cleanliness and maintenance, and refrigeration systems, (cleanliness, maintenance and temperature).
- Reviewing the store log book and noting when maintenance visits where carried out.
- Check and evaluate progress of work.
- Estimates design, mechanical plan especially air conditioning and ventilation system such as air ducts, chilled water piping, electrical controls and Refrigerant lines.
- Supervises workers on projects undertaken by the company such as air ducts, chilled water piping, electrical control and refrigerant lines installation and installation of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
- Coordinates/supervises installation of equipments such as compressors, fans, and blowers, and pumps.
- Performs thermal air balancing of DX units with ducts/thermal, air and water balancing of chilled water system including coils, pumps, fans, blowers, ducts, chilled water circuits, supply & return air and VAV/CAV terminals and controls.
- Performs dynamic balancing of rotating components such as shaft and wheels.
-To manage the installation for Mini-split A/C and water cooler related to Ministry of Education.
- To manage the installation work of all mini split air-conditions that sold through sales dept.
-To manage the installation work of cold room panels and units for the supermarket projects.
- To manage replenishment of all the required installation material with material forecast requirement according to the sales forecast and sales requirement
-To assist the manager all new installation contract for direct custom
- To manage all warranty maintenance that would require on the cold rooms installation during warranty period.
- To manage in creating profit center in future from Sales that the installation do direct for the customer as installation contract for separate projects.
-To manage in coordinating with Purchasing Manager to assure proper arrangement for the material requirement.
- To manage in coordinating with the sub-contractors and follow-up with them by supervising on the projects to assure proper work.
-To manage and control day to day work and assure of proper flow of work and documentation which deals with the finance, inventory, purchase, sales to be as integrated system.
- In charge of all facility such as HVAC & Refrigeration, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Electrical.
- Reporting direct to Project & Facility Manager.
- Coordinates/supervises the operation, maintenance and services of all the facility.
- Coordinates/supervises the operation, maintenance and services of Ammonia Refrigeration Plant.
- Make plans for preventive and corrective Maintenance program.
- Attend corrective complain request.
- Estimate budget of labor and materials submit to PFM for approval.
- Forecasting of material spare parts consumed for 1 year.
- Inspect works done by the technicians.
- In charge in production line such as panels, painting, condenser coil, final assembly and quality assurance control of split A/C units range from 1 TR to 3 TR.
- Perform testing operation for effective efficiency and durability of Products.
- Researches and develops types and sizes of materials of main equipment such as condenser and evaporator coils, compressors, fans & blowers, motors, refrigeration lines, fittings and controls and electrical components.
- Submits test result to valued dealers with regards to specification and description of each component parts.
- Assist the production manager in purchasing and ordering sufficient grade and value of materials.
- Programs and plans production activities to increase production out with quality control assurance.
- Makes annual production forecast, calculates raw materials requirements, man hour and manufacturing cost and facilitates electronic data processing for work orders, materials issue, creation of bill materials, updating raw materials (import +local) purchases, cost review and final product cost.
- Supervises workers on projects such as walk-in freezers, truck refrigerators, cold storage, coolers vans, and mobile chillers. Coordinates/supervises installation of refrigeration equipment such as condensing units, evaporators, refrigerant controls, metering devices, piping layout and electrical controls.
- Supervises workers on government projects in installation, maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration system. Estimates mechanical plans. Performs start-up and commissioning of new installed equipment.
