My Job Responsibilities at Wadi Group :
- preparing reports, designs, and drawings 2D & 3D & 4 D & 5D.
- making calculations about loads and stresses.
- selecting appropriate construction materials providing technical advice.
- obtaining planning and/or building regulations approval.
liaising with relevant professional staff such as electro-mechanicians.
- monitoring and inspecting work is undertaken by contractors.
- administering contracts.
- managing projects.
- inspecting properties to check conditions/foundations.
- Inventory of geometric quantities of items from drawings.
- Prepare the project schedule.
- Preparation of the project assay. and cost estimation.
- Analysis of item prices and pricing.
- Make the necessary modifications to the drawings and return them to the
consultant for review and approval.
- Work Drawings Workshop drawings.
- Prepare drawings according to nature as-built drawings.
- Preparing contractor payment requests and prepare all paperwork and
project reports.
- Conducting correspondence and correspondence with all parties to the project.
- Save all project files from documents, correspondence, meeting minutes,
reports, paintings, and abstracts in the technical office.
- Document the delivery and receipt of documents, correspondence, and
paintings among all employees.
- Making Revit Modeling Techniques.
- Worksharing and Collaboration Tools With All stuff
- Navisworks ( BIM 4D - 5D ) - Dynamo
- Enscape3D Render for models.
Supervising the process of construction on finishing stage.
- Reviewing Structural and architectural drawings.
- Solving technical problems appears during Construction.
- Following up with site engineers of Contractor to ensure that work is
being carried out as per the scope, design drawings, specifications & meeting
planned dates as per schedules.
- Ensure that Communication regarding any changes in plan have reached the
engineers/Contractors and Sub-Contractor’s
1- Junior Engineer at residential building with 15 units and mall
Job responsibilities:
1- Monitoring daily progress in site
2- Supervision on site work
3- Quantity surveying
4- Preparing payment for subcontractors
5- Preparing as built drawings
6- Ensuring that all work is done without wastage of materials
2- Junior Engineer at project replacement slabs of floor for laser machine
