Follow-up workflow in all the projects
in accordance with policies approved
by top management
• Take the necessary steps to resolve the problems
or escalation procedures if necessary
• Provide coaching to project teams and
develop effective communications
• Ensure the conduct tasks in accordance with the
priorities adopted
• Standardize forms and procedures in
all projects and propose processes
development
• Propose initiatives to solve the problems faced
by the engineering department
• Follow-up performance measurement
and development indicators
• Distribute fairly human recourses as per work
demand
• Develop workflow diagrams,
presentations, etc.
• Meeting with all departments in order for
improvement and development
• Create & monitor departmental
objectives and KPIs
• Summer training preparation, coordination and
coaching
