Project: Construction of Facility Buildings and Stations for Railway Signals Project near Okara, Punjab, Pakistan.
Duties:
• Responsible for planning, supervising and managing the project to meet the dead lines
• Liaising with clients and sub - contractors
• Making Bill of Quantities and preparing Measuring Books
• Inspection of Layouts and other Surveys at Site
• Checking Drawings, blueprints and detail plans to make sure all work is done accordingly
• Making and pursuing purchase indents of the Materials
• Ensuring the safety of the structure and General Work force at sites
• Making Reports and general Documentation of the work performed.
Project: :Construction of RCC Deck type Bridges Over Link canal near Pattoki, Punjab - Pakistan
Project Cost: 346 Million PKR Rupees
Responsible for planning, supervising and managing the project to meet the dead lines
Duties
• Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials

• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
