•Serve as focal point in all site activities of assigned projects at different places and plan work for timely completion. Troubleshoot unexpected difficulties during execution immediately.
•Liaise with colleagues, architects, subcontractors, contracting civil engineers, consultants and clients.
•Promote safety awareness within site and ascertain safe performance among project team members, consultants and contractor personnel.
•Oversee effective use of resources and interact with clients for project related issues.
•Supervise execution of projects at different stages to complete works according to set time-frame.
Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
•Apply engineering acumen and construction expertise to plan, design and oversee maintenance and construction of structures and facilities.
•Conduct evaluation of project, coordinate and allocate works of staffs.
•Estimate cost of labour and make sketches to carry out in building renovation projects.
•Ensure all site works performed in accordance with the company construction programme.
•Coordinate with contractors and clients.
•Prepare reports, project status and program chart.
•Gain understanding of project specifications and drawings before beginning of site works.
•Check works against specifications to ensure continuing quality and accuracy of work performed.
Ensure all site resource like labour, machinery, materials and contractors effectively used and monitored to achieve timely completion of projects.
