• Ability to review electrical plans and material lists as to interpret specifications and method of installation.
• Establishing and maintaining standards for residential, commercial, industrial electrical installation.
• Inspect and coordinate with the consultant and sub-contractors on their Inspection Test Plans (ITP) application at site.
• Maintains records of electrical inspection activity and complete related reports. Issues stop work orders and correction notices.
• Modify substandard work and initiate immediate rectification with contractor or sub-contractor.
• Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards
• Ensure timely completion according to approved contracts thru daily coordination with involve parties.
• Ability to check the safety on site and to assure that all materials to be use on construction should be as per specification and responsible in maintaining the safety and quality of work
• Conduct daily site inspection and supervisions on all electrical wiring and installation; make sure that project approved plan was followed.
• Reviewed the various construction drawings and specifications of the project.
• Review Material Submittals & Conduct Material Inspection (MIR).
• Assist vendor service personnel for setting and functional testing of protection relays, power management and switchgear, control wiring checks, hands-on switching and commissioning of switchgear and transformers.
• Responsibilities include testing and commissioning.
