Partners with the CHRO to create the learning strategy & cascades this direction to 60+ learning representatives regionally across 14 countries.

Design of bespoke courses to cater to the brand, business function and leadership needs.
Creation and management of the Tuition Reimbursement policy to financially support staff embarking in further education.
Liaises with external verifying bodies ILM, NVQ, Ed excel, CIPD, ACT, ACA, ICAEW, various consultancies and Universities Harvard, INSEAD, LBS, Duke etc.
Facilities with Talent Management to create and develop career paths using career frameworks and job mapping competencies.
Collaborated with the recruitment dept. to implement the Emirati Graduate Programme and now manages this Programme.
Coordination, design and implementation of the Orientation Programme and onboarding process for newly recruited staff.
Evaluating training effectiveness through the successful implementation of Kirkpatrick levels 3&4.
