Winning sales via phone interactions emailing system and face to face interactions with customers, providing them with detailed information of the brand services, programs and schedule.
Formatting quotations for customers and sending them via email, WhatsApp, making a follow up until when payment is done.
Making 60 phone calls daily in a bid to make sales, sending out 100 emails every week to communicate organization services, program updates for the academy.
Networking with all departments of the organization involved in customer demands, processing and support.
Updating the Zoho system with all information regarding every client following any particular type of communication to and from the client.
Establishing and developing relationships with existing and prospective customers to widen customer base through enhancing different business growth systems like customer referral, converting new leads and retaining old customers.
Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets, preparing weekly and monthly reports

Professionally keeping records of quotations made in a transparent and orderly manner.
Performing other duties that may from time to time be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
