Main Accountabilities:-
• To assist formulation of HSE goals & objectives and to develop plans to achieve the agreed objectives.
• To provide technical support & suggestion on all aspects of project HSE Management & implementation.
• To plan, develop and maintain Emergency Response Procedures in order to reduce, the risk to personnel, assets and Company reputation.
• To conduct emergency exercise & to verify the effectiveness of these procedures.
• To provide appropriate HSE training and assist with the development of an HSE competency assurance process.
• To support the investigation and appraisal of HSE related incidents and to develop remedial actions to reduce HSE risk.
• To manage HSE audits of the Company operations and facilities.
• To ensure that audits are completed on schedule and that resultant action plans are implemented...
• To represent Company in various HSE forums with other group companies and other representatives.
• To organize occupational health check-up camp for workers & to conduct Work Environment Monitoring.
• Identifying training need and setting targets; preparing training calendar and conducting programs as per the schedule.
• Safety promotion & propagation by organizing safety camps, various safety competitions, safety awareness programs.
• Celebrating national safety day, world environment day, fire services day, occupational heath day etc.
Managing: Induction, Craft, Site specific and Visitors training's, Field level implementation of HSE policies, procedures and guidelines. Holding HSE review meeting with site in-charge & contractors. Contingency & emergency response planning shut down/ turn around safety planning. Identification & analysis of significant risks, Job Safety analysis & Risk Assessment. Advising Area construction managers in fundamentals of HSE implementation, inspection, training's and compliance. Performing accident investigations and ensuring compliance of the corrective actions. Near Miss campaign and Behavior based safety awareness program. Main Accountability:- • To assist and translate HSE training's in Arabic, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu for those who are not able to understand English.
