● Brainstorming and creating an effective packaging ideas
● Developing packaging and label graphic design in order to meet the needs of internal and external customers
● Evaluating market trends and analyzing similar packaging design
● Meeting with marketing manager and director to discuss packaging specification
● Completing final mockup design
● Responsible for taking a photo shoot of all our products
● Managing internal proofing of the design
Responsibilities Includes:
● Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
● Executing visual design stages from concept to final hand-off
● Completes projects by coordinating with Team Leader, Scrum Master and Managers
● Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
● UI Fixes Issues, Brochures, Logos and Branding
● Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
● Creating an effective packaging design for our food products
● Working on designs to produce an impressive advertising campaign
● Monitors projects through all phases of production
● Develops designs that are on strategy and reflect brand’s personality
● Review all deliverables for quality control purposes
● Coordinate the printing of all materials, preparing files appropriately
● Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
● Work simultaneously on 3+ projects based on current client workload
● Carrying design and web projects from concept to completion while adhering to the brand standards
● Producing products that are user-friendly, effective and appealing.
● Updating and maintaining the existing websites
● Creating business cards, Logo’s, letterhead and other digital prints.
● Analyzing the program code error in the existing website
● Search Engine Optimization (Onsite and Offsite)
● Assisting Senior Graphic Designer in creating branding and marketing collateral
● Ensuring all artwork produced meets the needs and brand values of each client
● Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
● Creating corporate websites, page layout, navigation, buttons, icons and site graphics
● Developing a websites in a clean, well-structured and easily maintainable formats and delivers work output on time and a high quality
● Integrating the designed website to HTML and CSS.
● Performing the validation and testing of the finished websites
● Reports to the Senior Design Lead and assisting with the creation of designs for clients
● Meet with managers bi-weekly to discuss the creative direction of advertising goals

● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
● Vectoring icons and Designing PDF/ PowerPoint Presentation
