• Assist Store Manger to achieve sales target
• Sales target day to day tracking and weekly analysis with operation manager

• Ensure store Managers / Supervisors to conduct effective communication
sessions with their respective teams in regard to sales targets and performance

• Ensure that all stores provide service levels which exceed customer's
expectations
• Follow up customer service training needs
• Ensure store managers are aware of and implement health and safety regulations
• Follow up on maintenance of stores
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness is maintained
• Monitor and implement SOP
Stock Management
• Monitor store inventory and stock rotation between stores
• Ensure top 50 items never out of stock
• Monitor and action slow moving and dated stock.
