- Follow up with clients in a timely professional manner to ensure the continuity of project
- Assist the customer during the whole validation steps of the product
- Intermediate between the supplier and the prospect account
- Send Proforma Invoice, Follow-up on all orders, maintain close communication with all parties to ensure on-time delivery and documentation conformity for customs clearance
- Analyze clients’ performance in each territory and provide realistic plans and forecast

- Perform regular cycle counts across all branches and plants
- Perform regular visits to branches, define any irregularities in the sales, distribution, plants, and warehouses process application
- Perform spot check on the distribution team in the market
- Follow-up on contracts application in the market
- Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings, potential risks, and suggested improvements
