Specific Duties and Responsibilities: • Prepares structural sketches and shop drawings
• Reviews Architectural and Structural plans and prepares Request for Information regarding discrepancies and clarifications
• Coordinates with MEP sub-contractor regarding openings in slabs and core walls
• Monitors changes in the design drawings and prepares revisions for approval by the consultant

• Conducts inspection and prepares Construction Progress Report during and after the completion of the project
• Monitoring of on-going projects and prepares appraisal report of the property subject for collateral
