Employed as a Project Manager for a global multi-discipline consultant to lead and oversee large iconic design projects in the Middle East and Africa. My role involves managing engineering staff in the design office and onsite to ensure design and construct deliverables is delivered on-time and to customer’s brief and satisfaction. Ensuring communication between all stake holders and clients and authorities are fulfilled. Major developments include Aladdin City Dubai and Dubai South 1a & 1b phase masterplan including Movenpick Grand Hotel and resort in Ras Al Ras al Khaimah, UAE. My activities also included design, site supervision management, mentoring staff, checking documentation, ensuring commercial contracts including authority’s submittals and approvals are up to date, resourcing delegating staff on multiple projects. Secondary responsibility for the financial management of projects (including resource allocation and management of WIP, invoicing & debtors), to ensure delivery in accordance with fee agreements, preparing contracts, coordinating all MEP disciplines including Structural Engineers and Architects, sub-consultants including business

Employed as a Lead Senior Mechanical Engineer Involved in the tender documentation and construction over view of a commercial office tower project 28 Sydney Ave Canberra. Project involved design and delivering documentation of 20, 000m² commercial office building to meet a NABERS 5 Star energy rating including a integrated fitout for Price Waterhouse Cooper. Also involved in a land mark mixed use residential / Hotel retail development at Bondi Beach named Bondi Pacific. In addition, involved with IGLU student accommodation developments including BUPA Aged care facilities roles include Senior Design Engnieer / BUPA technical advisor including peer review of five BUPA Aged care facilities.In addition Global Switch data Centre in Melbourne Uitlising the new bladeroom system
Employed on Contract as a Principal Mechanical Engineer for a term of 12-months. Involved in the tender documentation of the project Star City Casino upgrade named Project Star. Project involved oversee of design and documentation of a six (6) thousand people capacity multi use facility for entertainment and banquet purposes including major kitchens and restaurants plus private gaming suites inclusive of retail and restaurants all part of the new upgrade works. Also involved in the defense project, Albatross Air Base building precinct for the Department of Defense. Role included client liaison and management of design staff and oversee the QA (review) of documentation submitted for tender.

Employed as a Mechanical Design Engineer for a Design and Construct engineering firm involved in design IFC documentation of HVAC and Public health services building services for pharmaceutical facilities in the UK. System design included, Laboratory fume extraction, medical gasses, steam, heating water, vacuum services, trade water, chilled water systems and heating and air conditioning. Clients included Merck & Co, Pfizer and Novartis. All projects required a stringent QA design and construction procedures.
