Evaluation of safety hazards and prepare risk assessments.
Witness and validate all mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, control system pre-commissioning, commissioning activities.
Interface with engineering support personnel on technical matters
Lead service engineers / technicians on the team while maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying automation / production controls systems equipment to ensure operational performance.
· Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
· Maintain and troubleshoot all VFDs, Motors/Wiring configurations, PLCs, HMI’s, Ladder Logics Computers, Electrical Schematics, Control Circuits, Robotic packing, and Preventive / Predictive maintenance.
· Perform PLC Control level issue diagnosis and maintenance (Allen Bradley) RS Logix 5000 software
. PanelView Plus Advanced Programming w/ FactoryTalk View ME- HMI’s, SCADA etc.
· Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, etc.
· Collaborate and build relationships with all levels in the organization.
