A dynamic individual with 16+ years of professional experience in Engineering & Maintenance of HVAC and MEP Services in Multi-disciplinary environments involving the Operation & Maintenance of Commercial Office Buildings, Multi-Story Building Maintenance, etc. coordination and execution of time-bound M.E.P and HVAC services for Building Projects, Internal and External Services & Maintenance, and managing soft service of Facility maintenance. • Plan, create, and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Oversee the operation & maintenance to ensure they are safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant.
• Troubleshooting problems and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action (CA) for design and equipment related failures.
• Liaise with procurement, AMC; CMC, TER, and BOQ examine contract, tender and submittals of RFI and PE, PR etc.
• Ensure the identification of hazards, reporting of occurrences and risks to ensure safety and security of the operations
• Prioritize and undertake the site maintenance tasks.
• Assist in the development of the department annual budget Capex and Opex
• Work on Oracle CMMS systems and assign work orders.
• Inspections & Quality controlling of assets.
• Initiate and finish asset installation and testing, including snag preparation.
• Managing the delivery of day-to-day maintenance services to the airport facilities,
• Direct a group of MEPs, HVAC in-house, supervisors, technicians, outside vendors, and FM contractors.
• SOP preparation, risk assessment, method statement creation, permit application, and work orders assign for subsidiaries and contractors.
• Monitor spare parts levels, requirements and availability.
• Make reports on defects, issues, breakdowns, damages, etc
• Ensure PPM and CM is finished correctly and on time.
• Supervision of site & maintenance activities
• The identification of hazards, reporting of occurrences and risks to ensure safety and security of the operations.
• Report any accident, incident and near miss
• Ensure that all the Permits required are on place.
• Preparing of call off contract of spare parts and other building requirements.

* Managed a wide spectrum of facilities activities, such as recommending ideas for new projects on the property, requesting quotes,
obtaining approvals, preparing payment notes, running abstract bills, and completing work orders and agreements with AMC
vendors.
* Executed the entire project, including outside transformers, L.T. panels, HVAC, fire protection, access control, CCTV, and PA
systems, and steered a group of maintenance, HVAC, electrical, and supervisors.
* Entrusted with the overall accountability of handling the data centre operations, including operation, maintenance, and repair of all
mission-critical equipment and systems supporting 24 hours/a day, seven-days-a-week data centre operators to achieve 100%
uptime and 100% compliance with all customers.
* Rendered direct support to operations technicians/staff, including training and complex operating procedure review
* Steered an array of activities, such as troubleshooting issues, carrying out the root cause analysis (RCA), and effectuating the
corrective action (CA) for design - and equipment-related failures.
* Incorporated and oversaw the maintenance procedures for chillers AHUs, PACs, cassette units, FCUs, air-cooled and water-cooled,
package units, and SPU units are examples. Closely worked with the AMC supplier to initiate and conclude the
routine/weekly/monthly preventive maintenance on electrical and HVAC installations.
* Initiated and supervised the operations and maintenance of the transformer, DG set, UPS, HVAC, fire pump, access control, CCTV
systems, Housekeeping, vendor management, staff and resource management, AMC
