Monitor direct imports from UK, China, US and Italy properly receive in 3PL warehouse in Jebel Ali
• Ensure COO, CI and PL and any other customs docs receive from vendor and send to shipping agent to avoid delays in clearing shipment
• Coordinate shipment in pipeline / PO’s to be prioritized for pulling in ports and ensures that it is consolidated across the stores.
• Monitor GRN receipt issued by 3PL and receive in NAVISION software for all inbound shipment to UAE
• Compare original PO quantity with the GRN receipt and immediately report discrepancy.
• Validate monthly invoices of 3PL in Jebel Ali and submit to accounts for payments.
• Analyze logistic problems and provide new profitable solutions
• Liaise with forwarder for KSA LTL shipments and Turkey outbound shipments
• Communicate with store any local vendor urgent stock pick up or store pending RTV’s
• Process in NAVISION software all required inventory method, (GRN receiving, stock transfers, purchase return orders, adjustments, and damage written offs)
• Provide weekly warehouse SOH report for UAE and KSA store allocation
• Schedule and conduct twice a year perpetual stock take for all location
• Supervise store stock clerks and assist in inventory system training
• Forward to buying team required weekly PO trackers
• Prepare weekly sales tracker for UK principals
Partner in the development and implementation of supply chain, inventory management, and price optimization initiatives that support overall company and brand objectives.
• Lead monthly physical stock take to ensure that proper inventory controls are upheld.
• Ensure that stock takes are completed efficiently, professionally and to the satisfaction of internal departments and external auditors.
• Conduct physical verification of variances and submit the final reconciliation report.
• Finalizes monthly adjustments made by the department, and confirm transaction in Retail Pro software.
• Monitor zero prices in system along with pending Purchased Orders and Sales Return for accounts validation.
• Supervise systematic stock receiving and store price labeling.
• Validate material transfers In/Out (Warehouse/Stores) through the RP system, with coordination with accountants and warehouse team.
• Schedule store visit to ensure store room standards meet as required by management and principal supplier.
• Correspond with brand principals for various issue and orders related matters.
Responsible in securing company assets, minimizing shrinkage within the organization adding to the ROI.
• Conducts routine store inspections to maintain physical security and protection of assets.
• Conducts periodic inspection of stock areas, dressing rooms, restrooms, and sometimes assist in opening and closing of stores.
• Monitors CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and other key sensitive areas.
• Conduct Loss Prevention training for new hires associates and store safety programs.
• Analyze exception reporting system including trends, queries, and monthly store/operational audits.
• Assist in inventory department physical stock takes.
• Follow up inventory report variances.
• Investigate incident with HR Dept. and finalize incident reports for management.
