Las Palmas Restaurant Company is Organization which consist of Franchises of Subway, Charley’s Benihana and Popeye’s, which operates in Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan.
My duties and responsibilities related to above Franchises:
Daily Sales, Reports (Cash, K-Net, Talabath, Carriage etc.) Reconciling with the bank Statement.
Preparation of weekly & monthly sales and inventory report and also the food cost of respective Stores.
Preparation of Store wise profit and loss account, compare warehouse receiving report.
Making Suppliers Statement of Accounts.
