- Assists Warehouse Supervisor in the process of the store / internal costumer orders.
- Checks for the quality of the item during handling.
- Receives incoming stocks and ensures that accurate and quality of the items.
- Conducts cycle counts for inventory updates.
- Regular coordination with the QC dept in line with quality transactions.
- Scans and confirm through the system all the items picked and for dispatched to the store / internal costumers.
- Ensure that all orders were shipped completely & correctly.
- Systems confirmation on the items shipped.

- Prepare HSE plans, implement and monitor compliance to policies and procedures, risk assessment, legislations & regulations requirement, emergency preparedness, training, contractor management, incident investigation, audits and reviews.
- Review and monitor implementation of Company HSE Management System and initiatives.
- Consistently look for hazards or risk associated with activities at sites adequately identified; assessed and effective measures are implemented.
- Ensure safe operations in all activities carried out at site.
- Effectively monitor compliance to Company’s HSE Policies, Procedures and Regulatory Requirements.
- Plan and conduct regular safety inspection and audit at all sites including facility and equipment safety inspection with workers.
- Provide recommendations to prevent control and mitigate concerns.
- Conducting safety orientations / seminars to employees regularly especially to newly hire.
- Facilitating the rapid response of proper emergency service teams to urgent and critical situations.
- Maintain up to date incident records, incident notifications and reports.
Quarterly compilation of HSE performance of Company and Contractor and suggest corrective actions and improvement initiatives.
- Continually verify workers HSE competencies identify and coordinate HSE training needs, if necessary.

- Providing, Implementing and overseeing support services to logistics operations
- Conducts study on critical procedures that needs to be improve / change
- Assessing / evaluating newly installed work procedures
- Facilitating the repairs and maintenance of physical resources and properties
- Mobilizing and providing additional personnel to assist in various operations on a case to case basis
- Providing other support services that are not directly related to logistics operations

- Conducts study on time and quality standards in warehouse operations
- Establishes new procedures to achieve improvements
- designs much appropriate lay out on warehouse item locations to make the operation more efficient and productive
- Analyzes gray areas on operation and proposed for solution
- recommends solutions to major/ minor issues in the operation
