Assist customers regarding their requirements and queries

Selling of OSN service packages to potential customers in commercial sites.
Providing Presentations, making suggestions and negotiations in contracts if needed.
Handling the customer complaints in accordance with companies guidelines and policies
Reaching pre-set sales targets, Collection of Package renewal subscription fees.
Accurate and timely reporting of activities and results to Sales Manager on a daily and weekly basis.
Supporting the Team manager and other team members.
Greet customers, complete necessary rental or parking information, disclose rates, terms and conditions of rental and obtain customer signatures while using effective sales techniques to encourage customers to utilize service options
Receive telephone calls and handle customer-related issues; direct other phone calls to appropriate personnel or take messages
Maintain and update rental agreement files; contract and notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and inquire as to the expected date of return; process rental extensions.
Complete Car exchange requests in Computer system when ever required.
Take the vehicle to the customer identify the existing irregularities and scratches and show all the special features when ever required
Checking mileage and damage inspection when vehicles are returned.
Reporting the daily cash collection to Accounts department.
Complete, review and submit various reports to supervisor.
Perform related responsibilities as assigned or required.
Responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and proforma invoices to company customer as required.
Processing inquires by phone, fax, email and personal visits in relation to company business.
To meet customers on our premises to discuss their requirement.
Responsible to maintain good relations with company customers.
To maintain an efficient working environment coordinating with the main contractor or client.
Responsible to make accurate purchases of material supplies for resale as required and take customer payment by Cheques or Cash.
Solving problems by communicating with the other staff and the customer when ever required.
Maintaining and building contacts with the clients.
Support the business plan as and when required working extra hours if required to ensure company business objectives are met.
Assisting and organizing ongoing functions of the establishment, supervising and coordinating activities of staff.
