Currently creating smiles on each instamart order from SWIGGY. Responsible for designing smooth delivery process from instamart and genie front. Process design, out of the box thinking, analytics are fueling the operation excellence in Instamart, genie, alcohol, meat and marketplace orders accross pan india. Moved from Ola tech support to Swiggy new initiatives operations. In swiggy from day 1 of grocery deliver inception. Became a delivery boy, storekeeper abd returned to corporate office in a day. Thats how i love to do things.
