1.Ordering stocks (Mobile Phones & Tablets) directly from Samsung Gulf
2.Ordering stocks for Samsung Monitor, Printer & Toners, Notebooks, Camera from UAE main distributor
3.Ordering stocks for Samsung Accessories from Eros-Techmart (main distributor for Samsung Accessories in UAE)
4.Ordering stocks for 3rd Party Accessories (like SD Cards, Cases etc..) which are compatible with Samsung Hardwares (Mobile Phones, Tablets, Cameras and others)
5.Ensuring that sufficient stocks are always available in our Samsung Brandshops to maximize everyday sell-out
6.Controls incoming/outgoing stocks and responsible for overall stocks of Samsung Products (except TV) in our Brandshops
7.Coordinating and ensuring that All National Promotion from Samsung Gulf & Main Distributors from each category are well implemented in our Samsung Brandshops
8.Formulating and proposing In-House Promotion to Retail Manager in addition to Samsung National Promotion to ensure that our pricing and promotions/offers are aggressive to compete in commercial market
9.Studying the commercial market, what other Retailers are doing in terms of pricing and promotions for Samsung Products
10.Arranging trainings from different categories for our Samsung Brandshop Staff
11.Coordinating the serviced items from Harman Stores to Service Center and vice versa while ensuring that we give maximum after sales service satisfaction to the customers
12.Ensuring that monthly/quarterly target are being met for each Samsung Category by tracking the sellout on weekly basis and react immediately to the competition
13.Studying and presenting weekly reports (Samsung Phone/Tablet/Camera/IT/Accessory Business) to Retail Manager
14.Gathering information to what’s new on Samsung World, then sharing important genuine information to our Sales Team
