. Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate sustainability-related communications and initiatives. Participate in cross-functional sustainability committees or task forces. Support sustainability-related events and campaigns.
. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders, such as employees and management, to raise awareness about sustainability goals and promote sustainable behaviors within the organization. Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as suppliers and community partners, to foster sustainable relationships and initiatives.
. Training and Education: Support the development and delivery of sustainability training programs for employees. Promote awareness of sustainability-related issues and educate colleagues on sustainable practices and their benefits at the level of AlSayer Group.
. Research and Compliance: Stay updated on environmental regulations, industry trends, and best practices in sustainability. Conduct research to identify innovative solutions and technologies that can enhance the company's sustainability performance. Ensure compliance with relevant sustainability standards and certifications.
. Create the sustainability content to be published for each social media platform.
. Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to energy consumption, waste generation, water usage, and other sustainability metrics. Identify areas for improvement and track progress towards sustainability targets.
. Coordinate with social media team to create engaging, cohesive campaigns for all sustainability initiatives.
. Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines (GRI, ESG) is a plus.
