The Regional Director South is responsible for overall management of Project Manager/s, Area Supervisors/

- Complete internal QA&QC audits on project reports and personnel files to ensure Compliance in terms of
ISO 9001, ISO 18788, ISO 18001, and ANSI PSC-1 certified provider of security and risk management
solutions.
- Route course analysis conducted on identified problems, implementing Procedural action, Lessons Learnt to
ensure the internal procedures are complied with.
- Daily/ weekly interaction with the clients to ensure contractual compliance on all levels, implementing
Action Tracker procedures where required.
- Provide advice on pricing of smaller contracts in consultation with the Country Director/ Commercial
Director.
- Managing Invitation to Tender (ITT) requests with rest of the CMT - responsible for the completion of the
Concept of Operations (CONOPS)/ Mobilisation Plans on all ITT’S/ Contracts.
- Oversee the management of workplace Health and Safety, ensuring that Risk and COSHH assessments are
carried out and updated according to legislation, as well as having a proactive approach to the health and
safety of clients and employees with regard to training and awareness.
- Collate PM reports and provide to the Iraq Country Management Team a summary daily report.
- Provide HR and Recruitment advise to PM’s to maintain practises within company standards.
