Manage HES component of an incident and injury free Turnaround.
Develop and manage an effective and efficient Turnaround HES team.
Train and develop Turnaround HES team, with specific reference to Operational Excellence and Managing Safe Work.
Develop and manage Turnaround HES plans and procedures, including Covid-19 plans.
Develop and manage Turnaround HES related documentation, such as Job Hazard Analysis, Permits to Work, Rescue Plans etc.
Manage HES onboarding and training for incoming Turnaround personnel.

Manage Turnaround HES Safe Work Practice compliance in cooperation with HES Loss Prevention Section.
