• Created, update and implemented new standards within the MEP & Soft Services Teams to improve efficiency and cost saving.

• Developed compliant Facilities management system aligned to HTM, HAAD, DHA, JCI, DOHP standards & regulations.
• Working knowledge of integrated workplace management systems, CAD/CAFM software as well as MS Office Suite.
• Extensive knowledge or experience with contemporary Facilities Management applications including Building Management Systems (BMS)/Building Automation Systems (BAS), work order systems, facilities automations, process optimization, & energy management knowledge, environmental Knowledge.
• To successful completion, handover to the client for healthcare approval for opening, including the testing and commissioning of all MEP services.
• Reporting to me Project Manager, 4 Engineers, 8 supervisors and 50 technicians across the site.
• Created and manage processes for dashboard reporting, executive summaries, & monitoring progress.
• Mobilized Adam Vital Hospital Garoud from handover to successful DCD and Health authority inspections for MEP, Soft Service & Security.
• Responsible for MEP & Soft Services for the following Health Point Hospital, Imperial Collage Diabetic clinics Abu Dhabi & Al Ain, 6 Capital Health Screening Clinics, National Labs, Al Jalila Childrens Specialist Hospital.
• Responsible for MEP services for the following Shaikh Khalifa Specialist Hospital (SKMC), Rashid Trauma Centre
• Responsible P & L of 30 million Dirhams, 6 Facilities Managers, 14 Engineers and mixed workforce of 800.
• Appointed Person (AP) for HTM 03 Heating and Ventilation, responsible for ensuring compliance with all legislation regarding ventilation.
• Responsible Person (RP) for HTM 04-01 Water Hygiene ensuring all water system is fully complainant.
• Prepared schedule of periodic maintenance for HVAC, Sewage systems, Steam systems, all other mechanical & electrical systems executed water treatment within the hospital.
• Responsible on site for emergency response on call 24/7 to assist with emergency issues.
• Manages vendor day to day delivery of services, develops standards, KPIs & compliance to standards for building operations service providers.
• Ensures compliance with all governmental and regulatory agency requirements such as HTMs, HSE, SFG 20.
• Monitored, coached, and supervised team of 35 staff in 2017 including 2 supervisors, 4 team leaders & 29 technicians.
• AP for HTM 03 Heating and Ventilation, responsible for ensuring compliance with all legislation regarding all ventilation.
• RP for HTM 04-01 Water Hygiene ensuring all water system is fully complainant & all training.
• Ensure continuous safety and efficient and economical operation of the hospitals Machinery, plant, and buildings.
• Primary facility representative with vendors and contractors in the development of local construction and renovation proposals & manages the day-to-day activities & projects. Testing & commissioning of all major plant on site after major refit or new installations.
• Additional responsibilities for civil works and landscaping works on site.

• Completed Petty Officer training to HCE in marine systems, level 5 leadership, and management.
• Advanced fire fighting trained to carry out training for whole crew, Lifting and sling trained to include inspection of lifting equipment.
• Section head for Generation section, carrying out all maintenance and testing and commissioning of plant.
• Responsible for all testing and commission of all systems on the ship.
• Mechanical and electrical experience, electrical switchboard operator.
• Responsible to the Marine Engineering officer for control of all engineering systems during shift.
