Achieve balanced assortment through monitoring, analyzing and executing progressive markdown strategies, correcting seasonal flow and ensuring continual store stock balancing
Pro-actively monitor product performance and react accordingly Monitor tasks so that agreed service levels are met within specified time frames and communicate all required changes and appropriate interventions to relevant parties
Analyze and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) (i.e. sales plan, gross profit, cost reductions, stock turns, closing stock) to assess and highlight areas of positive performance and to identify areas where improvement is required, implementing action where necessary
Extract historical data using relevant systems; analyze and interpret it, using the information to drive future sales plans and relevant recommendations
