• Overall monitoring for quality works and suggest the proper quality work.
• Prepare support documents for the payment such as daily report .
• Review and work done in accordance with BOQ for payment.
• Coordinate with consultant as well as client and require their needs.

• Identify and promote preventive and corrective actions within the site management team to enhance continual improvement.
• Review of pressure test packs and witnessing leak testing. Plan and Coordinates inspection activities for various discipline inspectors at site and reports to the QC Department on Quality Surveillance issues.
• Verify the completion of the records of each of the Respective disciplines in compliance with the requirements of the Project.
• Check the completeness and correctness of test such as pressure test, water test, Air test, Deflection, Mandrel & Mirror test.
• Checking the material availability by a head construction schedule and prepare material request, Site store monitoring, receiving and issuance.
• Controls the manpower and machines to meet the project coating.
• Checking the installation of valves, erection, Chambers, Manholes etc.
• Surveillance of activities such as excavation, bedding, pipe laying, surround, backfilling, laying of asphalt, sub base, road base
• Material Submittal for client approval (Civil & Mechanical) to use the material on site .
• Attend the Weekly Quality tool box meeting with the Quality staff and the construction crews to resolve the technical / Quality issues.
• preparing job safety Analysis of site activities. planned progress with actual and communicating with other sections/contractors
• Ensure quality norms are maintained as per set standards through inspections, daily checks, supervision etc.
• Ensure all safety measures are taken into consideration through compliance to all Applicable Standards & Codes in Practice, adherence to governing codes and adherence to client specifications and maintained of necessary documents
• Records, issue site instructions, corrective actions and non-conformances observed during operation.
Well verse in ISO 9001-2000 Quality Management System
• Making Inspection Request for site works progress & QA/QC Document RFI, NCR etc
• QA/QC coordinator for subcontractor works.
• Prepare & follow QA/QC observations, Method statement, ITP & ITR
• Conduct routine auditing on contractors project records.
• Coordinate the various test carried out for the project.
