Generate MiFi & RPP sales through field activities.
Achieve monthly communicated sales target for
Contact, Demonstrations and Sales (CDS), through;
Pitching the correct spiel as per consumer need
identified
Establishing contact with the customer in the field
through cold calls, referral calls, Door to Door, Sales
Demo activations, etc.
Demonstrate the product to the customer and
convert sales.
Follow-up on prospects to convert into sales
Attend to or escalate customer complaints to
Supervisor or Lead-Direct Sales Channel
Submit Daily reports, before Close of Business
(Sales, Leads, Challenges/ Issues)
Participate in Meetings and trainings as scheduled
Drive Sales volume and revenue growth in the Key Accounts.
Build relationships with relevant regional distributors, regional teams, internal cross-function
teams, and external customers to support overall sales objectives and KPIs Manage team, include
actively training, coaching, and giving feedback, of Key Account Representatives to drive over
sales objectives and KPIs in the specific accounts
Define and negotiate a Joint Business Plan with each Key Account that includes agreements
distribution, display, feature, promotions, and space management within the outlet Identify lea
manage prospects, acquire new business and grow points of distribution.
Track and manage sales performance, including forecasting and product mix management as w
as tracking of identified metrics (sales, distribution, display, POS, etc.) and provide time
performance reports Coordinate and communicate with Trade Marketing to execute look of success
in Key Accounts; deploy specific Key Account trade activations in order to win at the table a
effectively present our brands at the standard expected.
Communicate information to management with recommendations that will contribute to
development of brands, sales growth, and distributor effectiveness
responsible for all FMCG sales activities through close in an assigned territory and is the
main intermediary between the company and the customer in the achievement of
profitable growth through proper stock rotation, maintaining company visibility
and (cash) receivables.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the
management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new
products and competition status.
Recruit new potential client •
Educate the client about the loan product terms and conditions of the loan •
Complete the loan application file with the client and submit it for approval •
Monitor loan repayment plan and recover money from the client on a daily basis •
Manager customer relationship and report back on customers' complaints •
Market the loan product and Mobilize the client •
Prepare performance and quality loan portfolio reports
