• Tax compliance - ensured that the company declared and paid all taxes correctly and on time.
• Preparation and submission of annual and quarterly budgets.
• Representation of the company in all financial matters - banks, auditors, tax authorities,
suppliers, sister companies, Group head office.
• Implementation of group finance policies at entity level.

• Tax accounting - ensure that all taxes are properly computed and paid and recorded on time -
VAT, Payroll taxes, pension contributions etc.
• Stock accounting and control - reconciliation between stock ledger and general ledger. Stock
counts and investigation of differences and eventual adjustments.
• Cash and treasury accounting - review of all cash journals, cash counts and month end
reconciliation of banks.
• Month end reconciliation and analysis of accounts - especially balance sheet accounts.
