To ensure the implementation of Project Quality Plan, Quality Procedures, Method Statement, Inspection and Test Plan.
Review submittals of materials, shop drawings, subcontractor prequalification, method statement for civil, structural and architectural works for approval.
Perform site inspection for civil, structural and architectural works in accordance with WIR & MIR raised by the Contractor and conduct daily site surveillance.
To raise Non-Conformance Report or Site Observation Report accordingly for the work executed on site not in compliance with Project Specifications, Drawings and Quality Procedures.

Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. Comprising of 5 High Rise Buildings with seven (7)
common podium floor levels and (2-1/2) basement levels intended for
commercial and residential purposes.
Job Responsibilities :
➢ Prepare Method Statement, Inspection & Test Plan for civil, structural and architectural works.
➢ Perform site inspection on civil, structural, architectural works with respect to Inspection Request
(IR) before submitting to Supervision Consultant.

➢ To raise Non-Conformance Report for works not in accordance with the Project Specifications
Drawings and Quality Procedures.
➢ Coordinate with Supervision Consultant & Subcontractors regarding site issues & concerns for the
necessary and immediate remedial action.
➢ Controlling a proper frequency of testing and verifying the test results and maintaining to keep
relevant Quality documents and records.

➢ Review Method Statement, Quality Procedures, Inspection & Test Plan submitted by Contractors
to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
➢ Attend to all activities on site and ensure their compliance with QA/QC procedures with respect
to relevant forms signed-off by Contractor’s QA/QC Manager.
➢ Closely monitor site activities, perform site inspection on civil, structural and architectural works
and fully coordinate with PM discipline engineers on a daily basis. Attending site progress
meeting to advice on QA/QC related issues.

➢ Perform site inspections and monitoring on civil, structural and architectural works. Prepare RFI
(Request for Inspection) as per inspections schedule and coordinate with PMC.

Drawings and closely monitoring the status for close out.
➢ Familiarize/Review Project Specifications, Drawings, Quality Procedures, Method Statements,
Inspection and Test Plan.
➢ Conduct Internal Auditing in accordance with ISO 9001:2000-Quality Management System
Requirements within the Project Team Organization.
➢ To produce and develop Inspection and Test Plan and Method Statement for approval.
