Implement the QA/QC management system at site
Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors coordinate all non-destructive testing on site
Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters
Coordinate all receipt inspections
Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors
Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards
Participate in the site internal and external site audits
Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors
Ensure all quality control documentation is comply and completed for as-built hand over through the QC turnover engineer
Control all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action
Compete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses
Review the customers specification and undertake relevant training to the site QC inspector
Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan
Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals to the customer
Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractors QC personnel
Elaborating inspection and test programs
Ensure the safety is adhered to at site
Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status
Responsible for all aspects related to Project quality assurance and quality control.
Preparation of the Project Specific Quality Plan, inspection and test plans, check sheets and related procedures.
Implementation of the Quality Management & Control programme for the project.
Daily site inspection and periodical offsite inspection.
Controlling all inspection activities on site.
Completion of necessary documentation to verify the work performed.
Ensuring that inspection requests are implemented.
Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.
To ensure all materials delivered to site are inspected and conform to specified requirements.
Issue and administer Non Conformance Reports as necessary and ensure follow up.
Report to the Project Manager on deficiencies in the operation of Quality Management & Control System.
Completion of final quality documentation in a presentable manner in accordance with the conditions of contract.
Responsible for overseeing / audits of subcontractor Quality Management systems.
Check and review the plans & specifications for the proper construction & quality implementation at job site,
Perform pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings & specs.
Conduct final inspection with owner’s representative prior to proceed concrete pouring and other succeeding work activities that requires step by step inspection as per inspection and testing procedures (I.T.P.).,
Render monitoring and surveillance on site to control the quality of work being implemented by the construction group.
Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
Performing risk and value management and cost control.
Advising on procurement strategy.
Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks.
Preparing and analysing costing for tenders.

Maintaining awareness of the different road contracts in current use.
Generally assist Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Deputies for Senior Quantity Surveyor when required.
Check Contractor’s valuations.
Check and record measure of work done.
Check materials on site against delivery notes.
Prepare variations and day works.
Prepare cost estimates.
Checks claims from Contractors.
Assists with preparation of payments to Contractors.
Assist with preparation of the Final Account.
Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements.
Liaise with Department in financial matters as required.
Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc
Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring.
Perform technical and commercial review of EPCI long time tenders (subcontractor’s quotations) for the preparation of Service agreements
Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.
